I always set aside more time than necessary for a new client so we can build that trust. Neve’s owner called me before hand to pass over some helpful insights and background on Neve.

I was prepared and had plenty of time to alter my grooming routine to suit her. Neve really didn’t cope well with the dryer but after removing her from the table, she felt more comfortable being dried at floor level.
With lots of reassurance and LOTS of cheese, she settled into it 🥰🧀

If you’re looking for some 1:1 advice & guidance then please follow - she is a dog trainer & behaviourist and has been working with our rescue dog Fred who’s been displaying some territorial behaviour towards guests in our home. We’ve been following her training for the last few months and Fred has done a 180. The doorbell doesn’t send our house into chaos anymore, he knows to hop straight into his bed and waits until we tell him he can say hello! It’s been a game changer 🙌🏻
