After 24 years of ANIMATES Pet Sotting and Dog Walking , Taff and I have retired and have hung our leads to have a well earned rest. This is our second week in retirement and I have to say it’s WEIRD!!! Nice but still weird, in many ways. We’re still walking but not accompanied by all the dogs we have adopted, walked treated as we would our own. The same goes for all our beautiful adopted cats we have cared for over the years. We definitely do miss you all. Especially when we drove to your respective houses, where the doors would magically open and out you pop with a cheerful gait and happy bounding greetings. It’s something we never got tired of seeing.
Now that we have joined the oldie club (which I have to say I’m not an official member just yet. I have to wait until the middle of May before I can get my pension. I’m a couple of months younger than Taff! He he!)
We would like to offer our now redundant dog walking and pet sitting gear to anyone who would like to take advantage of it so that it does not have to end its days locked up in a shed. There are a few items I do need to sell at a very reasonable price but the rest is free to anyone who can make use of it! Here are some photos of the items we have. Please note the car is definitely not going anywhere. The crates you see one metal one in the box which is virtually unused and the two blue fabric crates are for sale. I will let you know how much before we give you a suitable time to come and view what we have. It will need to be a dry day as I don’t want it to be dripping wet when you arrive. There are also two body suit rain coats for Afghan hounds. One of which is a p*e suit for the boys. So if any show friends would like to take advantage of, they will need to be picked up as will the other items. So watch this space so you don’t miss all the goodies!!!! See you soon.
