I have been here there & everywhere today! The road works & closures are proving to be pesky as expected! But we still got the job done & everyone’s walks & visits were very much enjoyed! 🐾❤️

Hi all! My names Lucy & I own & run Pet Set Go with Lucy 🐾

I have recently gained a few new followers so I thought I’d offer a little re introduction post to familiarise those new & old with the ins & outs of Pet Set Go!

Established in 2021 Pet Set Go is my beloved self made dog walking & pet care business offering care to both large & small animals welcoming every kind of species & breed alike!

I am almost 25 years old & have always loved the idea of working for myself & with animals! I have all relevant insurances, qualifications, credentials etc to run my 5* reviewed business!

I currently have group walk spaces available Monday to Friday lunchtimes for friendly, sociable dogs to join on our fun & enjoyable walks! Also feel free to contact me regarding holiday cover for any 2024 dates you may have in mind for any pets, big or small! 📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

For the next few weeks there are an awful lot of roadworks & temporary traffic light systems in place along a lot of my main routes in Chesterfield. Please allow me time for travel & arriving to calls. Also expect your pets to be out of the house a little longer than usual during this time. I will set off earlier each day to try & remain on schedule but please understand the volumes of expected traffic may well set me back. As always I will do my absolute best to arrive on time & find alternative routes! If anyone has any concerns please feel free to contact me. I’ll look forward to getting back to work tomorrow! 🐾

Good afternoon, I am still off of work until the 8th of January. Thank you to everyone who has sent a message of condolence this week, it’s much appreciated at this absolutely awful time.

Here is a list of dates I will be OFF in 2024. I will send each client this list individually so everyone can pop the dates in their calendar to avoid any inconvenience & disappointment. Please note, further dates are to be added but I will update clients with additional dates in due course.

I think today has been the saddest day of my life so far 💔

I have had to say goodbye to my best friend Ethel 💔

I will not be back to work until the 8th of January. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this will cause. But I need some time to comprehend the last few days. Lucy x

Just popping on to let everyone know that Pet Set Go with Lucy is now officially CLOSED for business until January the 3rd 2024! 🍾🎉

I have been absolutely spoiled this year by everyone! & I’m absolutely overjoyed with everyone’s cards, gifts & most importantly to me, words of kindness, gratitude & encouragement! ❤️

Without all of my regular clients both old & new, I wouldn’t be able to continue to make my dream my reality ❤️ your continued support, encouragement & recommendations mean I am continually kept busy all year round! & that means the absolute world to me! So thank you so much! I am so grateful! ❤️

Good morning all! It’s finally the final 4 days of working at Pet Set Go with Lucy for 2023! 🙌🏽🐾❤️

I can’t believe I’ve another successful year under my belt, I can’t wait for many more to come! ❤️

That said, I am VERY busy this week as my last working day is Thursday the 21st. Please allow time for travel as I am expecting traffic to be busier than usual this week so please allow time around slots for my arrival, & don’t be alarmed if we’re out for longer than usual! 🐾

Thank you to everyone who’s booked in as normal this week and keeping me so busy right up to the final day before Christmas. It’s immensely appreciated ❤️

🎄🎅 CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS 🎄🎅

Pet Set Go with Lucy will be CLOSED for business from 16:00 on THURSDAY THE 21ST OF DECEMBER. Until 8:00AM WEDNESDAY THE 3rd of JANUARY.

Please make a note of this as I will not be contactable during this time ❌

I’ve worked so hard all year round this year with minimal holidays so I am really looking forward to a well earned Christmas & New Year break 😌

Of course this wouldn’t be possible without all of my amazing clients old & new. So as always a massive thank you for keeping me so busy the whole year round ❤️

The forecast for the week ahead is looking conflicting at present. I will be OFF on Friday the 1st of December.

These conditions I doubt will change at all now, unless it freezes of course until at least next spring… please do ensure coats, towels & cleaning up facilities are left out for me so I can ensure your dogs & homes are left clean & tidy after I’ve visited! 🧼🫧 Please do feel free to leave instructions on where to pop your pooches after their walks, wether it be a separate room or a crate!
