Why do we insist on a “meet and greet” prior to any new booking? … we meet a whole range of animals in our work, and some of them, particularly rescue animals, may be anxious or wary of new people coming in to their home. When we learn about your pets history, it helps us to build a trusting relationship with you and them. We love our work, and doing it the right way is so important to us!

This morning we have visited the wonderful Tukki, who always makes us smile - we have been visiting Tuuki for 10 minute weekly pop ins with her mums present, so that when they take a much deserved day out, she, and they, are happy and comfortable with us visiting her. We even had some extra time for cuddles today! 🐾
