If anyone knows of a sensible 13-14.2hh pony for sale please get in touch. It is for a friend’s daughter locally. On Tuesday we welcomed 8 of the riders from Ebony Horse Club to the yard for a day of riding some of our lovely horses - Romeo, Nev, Buff and Timmy. Everyone rode and jumped so well and hopefully learnt something too!

We had a great BBQ in the sunshine followed by a walk round the Point to Point course with a fantastic talk from Lawney Hill Alan & Lawney Hill Racing about the history of Points to Points and race riding which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

Thanks everyone for your help and for making it such a special day!

Fun day competing in the sunshine at Ascott-under-Wychwood yesterday with Jack and Milo!

8yo 15.2 Bay TB mare. Fantastic all-rounder/riding club/hunter. Lovely kind horse, easy to do and loves attention. Not mareish at all - she has been turned out with a group of geldings. Delightful to hack in company or on her own. Very safe in traffic and with farm machinery.

Produced to Event/SJ/Hunt though she would do well at anything. Jumping 90cm courses at home but hasn’t been out to any jumping competitions yet due to Covid. She’s competed at an unaffiliated dressage this weekend proving to be very sensible with good comments. We will continue taking her to competitions until she is sold and the price will reflect this.

She is fantastic to hunt, never strong or silly and is very good with hounds and other horses. She is good as gold if she hasn’t been ridden for a week and has no vices.

She will make a great little competition horse if someone were keen to continue her education. She is brave and genuine in her jumping. She has XC schooled, is good with ditches, water, drops, skinnies. She would be a great Pony Club horse for a competent teenager coming off ponies. She is ROR eligible but never ran - Galileo and Oasis Dream lines.
