Summer is here and it seems that everyone that we speak to are struggling with this heat, animals feel it more than us, their body temperatures are naturally higher than ours in general, it doesn’t take much for them to go into heat exhaustion. We want everyone to have a lovely Summer so here are a few things to be mindful of to keep your pets safe 🐾

Having pets joining the family is a wonderful journey, working and looking after clients pets is an absolute honour.
It is amazing to be part of their journeys through life. Being Pet First Aid Trained was a must working with animals.

Have been seeing a lot of posts like this recently of dogs reacting to horses. The dog is on a lead but the owner lost control of his end. A good recall alongside loose lead training and Counter conditioning would been very handy. A very difficult situation to be in, especially with so many potential injuries occurring.

Training may be time consuming, it requires commitment, it may be frustrating at times, there may be highs and lows on the journey. But training can be rewarding and ultimately it’s life saving.

***Annoucement ***

2025 has been a year of change so far and with everything happening so far we can only apologise for not updating the facebook community earlier.
It was a quick move after events from December 2024. There was a lot of doubt on whether the move was going to happen and where we would actually end up.

Although we did announce to our current clients. We have moved away from London but will continue to work with our current clients.

We have moved to a much bigger home where we are able to expand the business.
Online classes are still available.

I am still behind on my posts as life has become quite busy, with lots of changes in the business, having work carried out at home, moving furniture and replacing furniture, our working schedule changing and appointments preparing for a new baby.
All factors that animals can find extremely stressful.
Cats can start to go toilet in unusual places or develop medical problems such as blocked bladders (especially the males)
Dogs may start to destroy things in the home.
There are many more examples.
The stress factors can be things that we view as minor that push them over their threshold. A new piece of furniture, a window cleaner, a parcel delivery.

But when their safe environment changes, their worlds can crumble and bringing them back to being in a balanced state can be difficult but so important.

Preparation is key. I use Calming aids and techniques to help ease the tension for my pets and our furry visitors.
Plus I’ve been working on preparing the cats for the baby’s arrival. I will keep you updated on the progress.

Good morning, it has been a long time since a post has gone up and for that I am deeply sorry.
We suffered had 2 huge losses in the family last year and the grieving process has taken some time. I was still working but couldn’t bring myself to post anything.
All I have wanted for such a long time was to have a flexible job in order to start a family, so when we experienced 2 pregnancy losses, it defeated me.
But animals hold their therapeutic value for me, and working with these beautiful creatures on a daily basis helped me to heal. They offered laughter and bought joy back to my life whilst working.
What would we do without animals?

To all of my beautiful clients and their amazing humans, I appreciate all of you and to show my appreciation I had arranged for some lovely surprises to be delivered in time for seeing all of you during the festive period. Then I found out that they were not only delivered whilst I was out working. But they were stolen from the doorstep. I am truly heartbroken 😭 as I have spent months organising and creating them to all be personal, working hard to get them ready for Christmas. I am working on a new delivery but not sure if it will be ready in time now. I feel like I have let everyone down 😢 I am truly sorry xx

Happy National Cat Day to honour my beautiful boys, who have been absolute champions over the past few months with so many changes in our environment and lives. I would be lost without them. 🐱 hoping they won't break this toy, we are trying out all the modes to see what they like. 😻
