I’d like to wish all my customers Merry Christmas and a happy new year🎄🎅🏼🎁Thank you for your continued support🩷 It is now my busiest time of the year and I have already had to turn away lovely new custom to fit in all your amazing dogs. Therefore if any appointments are cancelled within 24hrs or Missed (No Show on day of) there will be a 100% charge for your dogs appointment. I appreciate we are all busy at this time of year but if you have to cancel please give me as much notice as possible so I can offer the time slot to another🩷 Drop off and Pick ups need to be when discussed, every 10 minutes of lateness there will be a £5 charge. If late drop off occurs I may have to reschedule your appointment as I’m a 1 2 1 salon it delays others appointments. Hope you all understand and Thank you again for another wonderful year🫶🏼
