Bentley's 2024 Wrapped Up! 🎀

We say it every year, but this past year has been amazing! This is largely thanks to you, our customers. The photos you send, success stories you share, lovely chats on the phone or by email, online comments and reviews - make everything we do worthwhile. 💙

With that in mind, we would like to say a huge thank you for your continued loyalty and support. From the team at Bentley's, we hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🥳

❗️Here's our 2024 'Wrapped Up' edition:

🔹 In March we released the new 'Resources' knowledge base section of the website, where you can find articles on an array of various doggy health and diet related subjects
🔹 Sky the agility Cocker Spaniel teamed up with Bentley's in June
🔹 July saw the overhaul of our payment system, making it easier to shop on our website including Google/Apple Pay
🔹 New white Bentley's branded boxes also made an appearance in July
🔹 Capping off July, we finalised our transition to shipping large parcels with DPD - giving you full tracking capabilities and one hour timeslots
🔹 In August, our inflatable dome tents arrived ready for our last two shows of the year - making us stand out in the crowd!
🔹 We secured UK exclusivity with our new source of Sprats at the end of August, with them now being larger in size and better in quality
🔹 Our supporter Margot the Retriever moved up the ranks in the Field and Trial world, becoming a Field Trial Champion in October
🔹 October also saw the introduction of our subscription facility as requested by you, in our survey earlier in the year
🔹 In December, Lulu the Lab - another representative of ours in the Agility world, competed at the London International Horse Show

Other notable mentions:
🔹 Remained the UK's Top Rated dry food on All About Dog Food throughout the year
🔹 Introduced new treats - Pate, Mega Sprats, Haddock Heads, Poultry Training Treats, Duck Necks and Salmon Buttons
