So it's been noticed that I've been pretty quiet for a long time, and it's now time to come clean as to why.
I've developed a serious allergy to the prey items I feed my snakes, Rats, ASFs and Mice all spark my allergy, it started with itchong skin, then stinging eyes, then it affected my chest. I ended up with a bad cough for several months to the point I was struggling to breathe. At this point I need to wear a face mask or respirator to feed my animals. This is not good for me, and makes looking after them a chore. I also took on breeding my own rodents which made it worse, so I've made the hard decision that for their best interest and mine that my collection is moving on.
It's all going this weekend to a close friend, who I know will look after the animals and who is even going to see some of my projects through, which will be great to see their outcomes.
I'm not leaving the h**p hobby, I'll still be around but I'll be taking a new direction, maybe some geckos or something. I developed an allergy to bloodworm over the 20yrs+ of fish keeping and I know this allergy is also sparked by roaches, so I need to think carefully about how I progress.
I am beside myself over all this, it's been rough, but I'm still alive, just about 🤣

After 12months of things not being all that great, and that effecting the pairings I've done this year, it's great to see one of my girls lay 7 healthy eggs from a single pairings 😱😎 now time to wait! your girls all grown up 🥲

Well it's been a hot minute since I last posted, things have been pretty manic and tough here for the last year or so, but I am okay, and I still have my collection 😎 I'm going to try and be active again on here so you should see some more posts from me again. But, for now here is my female Borneo shorttail andone of my young female fire specter het clown 🐍🐍🐍

These two didn't find a new home recently, so they are staying here to join my yellow project.
I believe these are Enchi Super Pastel OD, I have a super OD YB male coming to join the project to help boost that colour, super Enchi, super pastel super OD YB would be great.
What would you do with these, what recessives do you think would be good with these? We have plans with a few recessives.

The incubator was starting to look full, so I've started covering the rat freezer with duplicate stickers, I'd tag everyone, but you can only tag 20 people, and I didn't wanna start playing favourites 😂 if you want to do a sticker swap, slide into my DMs 😏😉

I've put a couple of these displays together at lunch, made ready for the show in November, only issue is didn't deliver my table request form in time, so I haven't got the table I had booked 🤬🤬🤬

Had a lot going on today and couldn't get online to do the cutting live, sorry.
Clutch 5 - Lemon Pastel het Ultramel X Het Red Axanthic. The clucth is all 50% het Ultramel, and all look healthy, except one, who has a snub nose 😥 but sometimes it happens like that.
