Hey!!
I hope everyone is keeping well and that your lovely dogs are staying safe with the warmer weather we have been having of late.
I just wanted to pop on to say I'm really grateful for all your continued support with my business and keeping me busy with your four-legged friends.
My main reason for this post is a polite request regarding payments for the work carried out on your dog.
My business terms are CASH or BANK TRANSFER on the day of the work being completed and I am happy for either forms of payment, however I am beginning to have to chase for missing payments, days and weeks afterwards.
Chasing up these payments, I find it very embarrassing as I'm not one to bother people. I also understand with the current economic crisis we are all having to tighten our belts, but as this is my only form of income it has a knock on effect on my ability to pay my bills etc.
I will never turn your dogs away should you be struggling with money as I'm happy to see the dog be kept comfortable, particularly in this heat, please just have an open dialogue with me should there be an issue so we can come to some sort of arrangement.
Moving forward, I request that all bank transfer payments are to be made on collection of your dog(s) prior to them coming to me for grooming and not afterwards. Cash is fine to be passed onto me either before or after.
Furthermore, it is a polite reminder that I require a minimum of 24 whole hours' notice for cancellation. This gives me the best possible chance to schedule the appointment to somebody else. Failing to do so will result in a 50% grooming fee being added to your next appointment.
Apologies for the exhaustive message. I hope it is not met with any offence, as that is not my intention.
I pride myself on the service I offer you all and believe I am one of the best value groomers in the local area
