Hi guys,

Just letting you know I won’t be taking any customers on now for half an hour walks from next week. I will only be offering hourly walks minimum.

Also, I am finding payment is increasingly becoming a problem. If I have walked your dog for the week, I expect payment at the end of the week please, after each individual walk or in advance. I work 7 days a week and do NOT have time to be chasing up payments that are behind. If payments are not made to me by the end of the week at the latest, your dog will not be getting walked the following week until payment is settled. For my customers that pay me on time regularly, I thank you very much for making life easier for us all, this is obviously not aimed at you. 🙂

Darcie and I on our solo walk today 😍 she is such a good girl! Her recall is fantastic and she is so obedient! I had her off lead and was letting her have a sniff about and do her own thing, then was practicing making her walk right by my side off lead which she did with ease also -I can’t take credit, so credit to her lovely owners! 💗😊👍

Hi to my lovely customers,
Just a kind reminder please that if you’re wanting to cancel a dog walk or swap days can you please try to give me at least 48 hours notice? I have people enquiring about dog walks/horse care regularly and wanting to book on a daily basis so it’s unfair when they’re having to be turned down initially when I could have fit them in- I also plan my diary a week ahead at least so I can keep track of what’s going on to make life easier! 🙂 I truly appreciate things crop up and people can get poorly etc and that can’t be helped 👍

As a dog walker, I am getting increasingly disappointed in the amount of people who say to me on a daily basis - “it’s ok, he/she’s friendly” - if my customer’s dog/s are on a lead , it’s for a reason, I might not want them to socialise with your dog as I don’t know how they will react to yours and vise-versa, so please put your dog on a lead too and be mindful! My job is not only to walk them , but I have a duty of care to them too! I’m very lucky that the dogs in my care are all sociable , have been walked together a long time (previous to me) and are not reactive, but my family have a reactive dog who wouldn’t appreciate another dog running up to him because someone has decided , “it’s ok” because their dog is “friendly” - I’m also getting new dogs to walk too on regular basis, and some of them may not be as confident as the others, they may also be reactive and wont appreciate your dog running up to them, so again PLEASE be mindful, and if you see someone putting their dog on a lead or walking with their dog on a lead , then they’re doing it for a reason, so put yours on one too!!

P.S- All my new dogs are assessed by me before hand and then are gradually introduced to dogs with similar temperaments, correctly. 😊

Hi all,
From next weekend I won’t be taking any more bookings for dog walks/animal care on a Saturday or Sunday to give myself a chance to have some work-life balance as I’ve been working back-to-back lately and need to factor time for myself.

To all my lovely customer’s who are already booked in with me, don’t worry, you’re still booked in- and to any of my regular customers who do need the odd day on a weekend , if you try to give me enough notice , I will try my very best to help you out so you’re not stuck, but I just don’t want to commit to doing weekends anymore , so if I am unable to do a particular day over the weekend , I do apologise and won’t be taking anymore new customer’s on a weekend now- but can happily accommodate some more dog walks/horse care during the week 😊

All on an individual basis unless you’d rather they had company which is not a problem , it can be arranged, but also any dogs that aren’t very sociable/nervous with others are not a problem too as I know the area well, I have experience with difficult dogs and know the local routes to avoid seeing other dogs/people.
Also happy to do home visits for cats and dogs in the locality too - save the stress of putting your dog/cat in a kennels/cattery and know that they’re being cared for exceptionally well by a true , genuine , knowledgeable animal lover from the comfort from their own home. ❤️
I also have many years experience with horses too so can help at yards freelance also.

My rates are as followed:
Dog walk 30 minutes - £5
Dog walk 1 hour- £10
Home visit cat/dog- £9 (if this is for a dog, this will include a short walk)
Overnight stay- prices starting at £17 per night
Equine needs - on an individual basis dependent on what is required , but basic full-day livery per horse will start at £10 a day.

Enjoying training 6 month old puppy Bella 🐶❤️ I’m sure her owner won’t mind me saying but Bella hasn’t had any form of training yet and within just two days I’ve already taught her how to ”sit” and “flat” - she’s such a willing girl 😍 I am looking at starting some puppy training classes in the near future as I thoroughly enjoy doing it! 😊 watch this space …

Hi, to all my lovely customers it’s with a heavy heart that I’m going to have to cancel all my remaining appointments for the rest of the week , dog walking and horse livery- I have just kept going since my operation and unfortunately this has taken a toll on my health. Much to my disappointment, I’m not quite the wonder woman I though I was and I’m feeling very unwell tonight- I have messaged you all individually informing you all and will arrange re-booking in for the following week ASAP! I’ve always believed animals just know If something isn’t right - it’s only been two days since my operation and generally this pony just happily eats away and doesn’t really acknowledge me 🤣 but today he came over on a few occasions, nuzzling me and resting his head on my shoulder to check I was ok 😍 bless him! Sweet boy… this is why I love what I do!! ❤️❤️❤️###

Lovely sunny walk out with Buster ☀️🐶

Buster is a reactive dog and I’ve spent a long time trying to build his confidence up - he used to launch for other dogs , growling and barking and showed aggression towards them- but I still feel that he wasn’t being “naughty” , I just feel that he wasn’t a confident dog so he just didn’t know how to react- it was too much for him to comprehend- furthermore, he isn’t treat orientated either , so I couldn’t even use that as a distraction technique! He hasn’t been the easiest of dogs to work with, but today proves my hard work has paid off as I took him for a walk, we passed many different dogs and he took it all in his stride- he was aware that they were nearby, but yet didn’t show any aggression at all! I’m so pleased with him. Good boy Buster❤️
