I've been working hard to build trust with Conkers, this is the first time he's allowed me to do this... he told me when he had enough and I listened 😅 but his grooms often end with him completely flipping out after 15 mins and I never usually even get a photo! I've been doing little and often with him, ending grooms BEFORE he reaches his cutoff point so he goes home happy with a memory of a good experience rather than thinking he has to fight to make it finish 😹
Super relaxed Bumble having his chest and legs combed out and dried, he has a super dense coat so it's really important to comb the legs so they don't become impacted, he doesn't seem to mind 💕😅
At Norman's first appt I could barely trim his nails! Look how far he's come, he's been progressively getting better with each groom but today he was so so relaxed, his mum also gave him some calm drops (pets purest) before his groom... I do think they helped as he was much less tense ....as you can see 😆
There's so many things on the market it's difficult to know if things like this work and every cat is so different too but will be recommending this in future for sure!
