SARAH LEA and Jess the farm’s Border Collie dog are honoured to have been nominated for a PAWSCAR!! The Canine world equivalent to an Oscar!
Becoming one of the four lucky final nominees in the Special Beginner category.

When Jess isn’t on the farm helping with the animals she’s travelling around the country sight seeing and going to shows. Calareto All My Loving JW
Sarah is the true definition of a Special Beginner and ticks all the boxes of the criteria required for the award. 2023 was their first full year of showing and what a year they have had and she’s managed to do it all without her or her family having any prior knowledge or involvement in dog showing.
Some of their highlights is winning at Crufts, having group 1 special beginner in Ireland, Scotland and England. Gaining the junior warrant, Best in Show at Sutton Coldfield, Best in Show Special Beginner at East of England and 3rd Top Border Collie Female of the year.
I’m so proud how far they have come and how willing she is to help others with their dogs.
