You might have noticed that your dog stands on a soft mat during their groom — here’s why we use them and why your dog loves them too! 💛🐾

What a day! 🌧️ While the rain keeps pouring outside, the salon is filled with warm towels, gentle dryers and dogs looking far happier than when they dashed in. 🐶

✨ Damp coats can mat quickly and those rainy-day walks tend to leave everything a bit muddier than usual, so a good wash and tidy makes all the difference.

We’re thrilled to share some wonderful news — Emma welcomed her beautiful baby girl, Poppy, at the end of September! 🎀👶

Mum and baby are doing brilliantly — and although she’s on maternity leave, you might still spot her popping in to say hi (she can’t stay away from you all for long!) 🐶👶

‼️All appointment booked from today will require a non-refundable deposit‼️

This week so far we have had 5 full groom appointments book and not turn up - it’s only TUESDAY!!😭

This is a £250(minimum) loss we have made, we cannot sustain this. Everyone gets a reminder message the day before so we are really saddned when we have a no show appointment.

When an appointment is missed, we have groomers standing around for 2 hours, we can’t fill the space as by the time we give you a 10 minute grace period, it’s too late to contact someone else to take the appointment.

Please please, if you need to cancel at least give us 48 hours so we can try and fill the slots. We understand emergency happen but no contact at all is not fair.

To all our understanding amazing customers, thankyou for supporting us as you always have 💕

Hi all, just to let you know. We are closed today, having a well deserved rest from the show we attended all bank holiday 💕

Phones have been diverted and still being answered if you would like to make an appointment, there is just no one at the shop today 🐾🐾
