I’ve started to send out my messages of notification on price increases. I’m still off and am doing them between family commitments. I hope to get them all out by end of the week at the latest. If I’ve not seen you for since August I won’t be sending out notifications, however I will notify anyone of increases upon booking. This is purely to limit the amount of admin for me. ❤️🐾

December has been an incredibly challenging month. Trying to make sure I can accommodate everyone and also meet my own families needs financially and spend time with them. Sadly I have been let down by multiple customers who’ve booked appointments and then cancelled with very little notice or just not showed up to appointments. This has cost me just short of £200 this month. I can’t get that back, that now effects my Christmas and my children’s Christmas. It’s not just been December but this months has been the worse! If this carries on I will not be able to sustain the business.

From January new customers will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit of £30. This is to avoid new clients booking and not turning up. Anyone who cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will also be asked to pay a non refundable £30 deposit to hold another appointment for them. The deposit will then be deducted from the groom price on the day.

I’m grateful to all my supportive customers and I appreciate everyone’s understanding in this matter. ❤️🎄🐾

A reminder to all my customers. Next week is my busiest week over this festive period. If for any reason you can not make your appointment please let me know at least 48hours prior so I can offer the appointment to those waiting.

Please remember I’m self employed, I don’t get paid a salary or sick. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48hours notice I will require payment for the missed appointment.

We also have children, mortgage and bills to pay. I’ve had a few last minute cancellations this month that have cost a days wages. ❤️🐾
