Astral Agility 2023

Well I completed my first KC agility judging appointment at Phase Purple show this weekend. I was really pleased with how my courses worked and really enjoyed the day.

Thanks to Rebecca Paterson and Katie Ambler for all their help on the day.

Congratulations to Katie Ambler and Asta who won grade 1 jumping, taking them to Grade 2. And also winning helter-skelter and getting a 2nd to top off the weekend.

Well first of all I have to apologise for a very belated post about Durham dogs show. There were some great runs and results but stand out was Katie and Asta who won grade 1 agility.🏆

This weekend we have been to Barnard Castle show. We'll done Rebecca and Dublin for a 4th place in jumping and some lovely other runs just 5f. A huge well done to Jess and Bob winning grade 4 agility so is now grade 5 🏆👏👏👏 as well as a 3rd place in grade 4 agility.

As usual great company. Shame about the weather 🌩🌧

Astral Agility have once again been asked to run an agility ring at Stanhope show this year. The date is Sunday 10th September. You get to run 3/4 courses during the day and we run it as a fun competition. You also get free entry to the agricultural show. Its a lovely relaxed day out. Anyone who wants to come along please let me know. Please share.

John Woolley and Boris with a grade 6 jumping and grade 6 agility win taking him to Grade 7 🏆🏆

Michelle and Teagan won the 1-7 steeplechase 🏆

Michelle and Brogan 4th in grade 3 agility and 2nd in the Durham dogs agility qualifier taking him into the final in September.

We were all at different shows.
Jess and Bob at Wilton 1st in grade 4 jumping. 👏👏👏

Sophie and Drift at Wigton came 2nd in grade 7 jumping. Great going Sophie.

4 wins -taking him to Grade 4!
3rd and 2 x 4ths
Also won the grampionship agility and final.

Libby got 3 wins in juniors

Sophie got a 2nd and a 3rd in grade 7 jumping.

Well done everyone! Stunning results and great company. The highlight of the weekend had to be the Astral tennis tournament. Hopefully Steven pluves will have recovered from his pulled calf muscle to get his dogs back from Sophie soon.
