I would like to inform all my customers of a price change from April. Due to recent increases in supplies and operational costs, I find it necessary to adjust my prices accordingly.

I understand this can have a big impact on some people, however as a small business committed to providing you with the highest quality of service, it's imperative for me to maintain a high standard while also ensuring the sustainability of my business.

Unfortunately I've had a lot of cancellations and no shows over the last few weeks. I know this doesn't apply to most of my customers and
I understand that sometimes circumstances arise which mean you cannot attend your appointment.
If this happens, please notify me more than 24 hours prior to your appointment to allow me to fill your space. Last minute cancellations can have a massive impact on small businesses like mine.
If I do not receive 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee must be paid prior to booking future appointments.

Price increase announcement ⚠️

Although I have tried my best to keep expenses low, my operating costs have increased significantly due to global factors in recent times.
After reviewing the business finances, I have taken the tough decision to increase my prices from February 2024.
Price increases will vary between customers due to factors such as; time taken to bath, dry and clip.
