🐱🐾 I had delightful visits with Cricket and Oscar recently, two of the sweetest felines around! 💙 Cricket is a bit shy and timid around new faces, but once he warmed up, he was just as playful as Oscar! 🎉 Both of them went absolutely bonkers for the catnip! 🌿😂

We had loads of fun and shared plenty of purrs and cuddles. Can’t wait to see these little darlings again soon! 🐈🫶

I’m thrilled to introduce you to Gemma, a delightful boy who had his nails trimmed. Yes, you heard it right—Gemma is a handsome chap! 🎩🐾 Like many cats, Gemma was initially wrongly sexed, but he wears his name with pride and purrs! 😻💙 I brought my mobile grooming service right to Gemma’s home, ensuring he felt comfortable and at ease. He was an absolute delightful boy, making my day as bright as his shiny claws! 😻💅

🐾 I received a heartwarming message from a client who’s over the moon 🌖 about how amazing her cat feels and looks after a thorough de-matting session. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love my job so much! 🐱💖

Cat grooming can come with its own set of challenges, like dealing with potential scratches or bites and managing the stress of our furry friends during the grooming process. 💫❓ Do short-haired cats require professional grooming? 🤔

This is a question I am often asked! My answer? Yes, 100%! 💯 Just as much as their long-haired counterparts. 🐈‍⬛

In fact, during a spare hour between looking after all your fur babies and making them look their best, I decided to give my three 1-year-old short-haired kitties a quick 15-minute deshed each. 🐱🪮

Deshedding has so many benefits for our feline friends! It helps to reduce shedding around the house, keeps their coat sleek and healthy, and most importantly helps to prevent hairballs & a build up in their tummys. 💇‍♀️ Plus, it’s great for their overall health and well-being. 💖 If I hadn’t removed all that extra fur from my babies, it would have just ended up in their stomachs or all over my textiles! 🛋️✨

Remember, all cats deserve a bit of pampering, no matter their coat length. Treat your kitty to a grooming session – they’ll thank you for it! 😻 If I removed this much from my babies in 15 minutes-imagine how much I could remove from your furry friends during a full grooming session 🤩🐾

🐱✨ I'm thrilled to share that Cleo had her first professional groom recently, and she was an absolute gem! 💎

I took it VERY easy on Cleo for her first groom as she has arthritis & muscle wastage which affects her spine & hips 🫶. She had a few tight matts that needed removing, and she also got a nail clip, a comb through, and a light deshed. She now looks as gorgeous as ever and feels much more comfortable! 🐈💇‍♀️

Grooming is essential for cats like Cleo to prevent matting and keep their coats healthy. Matts can be painful and affect a cat's skin and overall well-being. That's why I'm delighted that Cleo is now on a regular grooming schedule to keep her looking and feeling her best. 💁‍♀️🤩

And guess what? Her adorable baby brother, Ozzy, got his nails trimmed too! 🐾✂️

🐱💛 A purr-fect visit with Arlo & Goose, two very special kitties. Their owner mentioned that Arlo is usually a bit shy and timid around new faces, but you wouldn't have guessed it! Both cats were so welcoming and curious from the moment I arrived. 🥰

We had a blast playing together, darting through tunnels and enjoying lots of cuddles. It was a joy seeing their personalities shine through in their own unique ways. 🐾🎉

PS I just love when kitties sit in the meer-cat position 🙊😻

🐾✨ What a superstar! Grayson had his very first professional groom this week, and he did absolutely AMAZING! 🎉 This handsome chap had quite a few matts, but I managed to sort them out and he handled it like a pro 👏. After getting rid of those pesky knots, I decided to stop as he had done so well and deserved a break. 🐱💆‍♂️

Grayson is already booked in for another session shortly, to make sure he’s purrfectly groomed. 🐾✂️ After that, he will be on a regular grooming schedule to keep those matts at bay! 🌟

Regular grooming is so important to prevent matts, which can be uncomfortable and even painful for our feline friends. Let’s keep them looking and feeling their best! 😺💖

Handsome tuxedo kitty Otis 💙🐾! He's a shy little bean, but he’s slowly starting to warm up and even managed to almost sit on my lap for a few gentle claps 😁. Hopefully, next time, he'll be fully cuddled up and enjoying all the loving he deserves 😻! A little brush is the key to his heart 🗝️. Oh, and of course, his love for boxes is still going strong—he dives right in every time 📦🤪!

🐾✨ I had the pleasure of spending time with the beautiful Luna recently. Did you know that Luna means Moon in Latin 🌖? When Luna & I first met previously, she was a little shy, but it’s been such a joy to see her come out of her shell. Now, she absolutely adores her chin rubs and was in catnip heaven 🌿😻.

It’s amazing to see how much Luna has grown in confidence and trust. She’s truly blossomed into the sweetest companion, and I look forward to more cuddle sessions with her 💖🐱!

🐾🐱 This week, I had the honour of grooming the majestic Bane, a Maine C**n with a twist—he has seven toes and claws on his paws! This unique trait, known as polydactyly, is sometimes found in our feline friends, particularly in breeds like Maine C**ns 🐾🩶.

Bane wasn’t too keen on the grooming process, so I made sure to take it very slowly and patiently. I gave him a thorough comb through and deshed, making sure he was comfortable every step of the way ✂️🐾.

To help Bane get used to grooming, we’ve got him on a shorter schedule for now, with the goal of gradually extending the time between sessions as he becomes more accustomed to the routine. It's all about making grooming a stress-free experience for him 🐾✨!

Last month I had the privilege of looking after two gorgeous furballs, Oscar & Oslo 🐈🐾

Oscar was a bit shy at first, but with a little patience (and a few treats 😉), he quickly warmed up. Before long, he was my little buddy, enjoying all the chin rubs and plenty of playtime 😻! Oslo, on the other hand, was a cuddly little darling right from the start. He made sure I didn’t go a moment without some kitty snuggles & head boops 🥰😁!

These two have definitely stolen a piece of my heart. Can't wait to see them again soon 💖!

🐾✨ This week at AristoCat Care, I had the pleasure of giving Blue, the gorgeous blue point Ragdoll, a full groom! 😻 Blue is such a darling, and I made sure to give him all the pampering he deserves, including removing some pesky matts from his lovely coat.

Matts are not just uncomfortable for our feline friends—they can actually be quite painful and cause skin irritation if left untreated. These tangles occur when fur gets caught and knotted, which can happen more often in long-haired cats like Blue.

✨🐱Recently I had the pleasure of grooming the lovely Chaz! 🐱✨

Chaz was an absolute gem 💎, sitting so calmly with her mum holding her just right—what a team they make 💕! So much fur came off Chaz that we could have grown another gorgeous girlie 😄🧶!

Chaz had a full groom, which included an ear and eye clean 👂👁️, a thorough comb through, and a much-needed de-shed to keep her coat in tip-top shape. We even took care of a few little matts—no more tangles for this gorgeous kitty 🐾✂️! Since she's an outdoor explorer, we skipped the nail trim this time 🌳🚶‍♂️.

She's now looking (and probably feeling) purr-fect! 🐾✨

✨🐾 Handsome Stitch, had his very first professional groom recently with AristoCat Care🐱💇‍♂️! He was such a star during the entire process🌟. Gently easing him into grooming, I gave him a thorough comb through and deshed, leaving his coat looking sleek and shiny 🐈‍⬛🐾! Next time I will give his paw pads & b***y a little trim ✂️.

As Stitch is an adventurous outdoor cat, I didn’t cut his claws 💅✂️. Outdoor cats rely on their claws for climbing and self-defence, so it's best to keep them sharp and strong 💪🌳.

Stitch didn't have an eye clean this time as his eyelashes grow on the inside of his eyes 😿👁️. But no worries! He's scheduled for a procedure soon to help with this condition 💙🙏.

Stitch is now on a regular grooming schedule to help maintain his gorgeous coat, & his pawrent will keep on top of it in between sessions 😁🥰🪮.

🐾✨ Spending time with Sam & Tiddles is always lots of fun! ✨🐾

Tiddles used to be so shy and timid, but now she's always super excited to see me, purring and playing non-stop🐱❤️! Seeing her cheeky personality is wonderful 😻.

And then there's Sam, the largest, most placid Maine C**n I have ever met 🐈‍⬛. He's a gentle giant who loves his cuddles and lounging about 💤.

Every visit with these two is a reminder of why I love what I do. 💕🐾

🐾😺 I had the most delightful time caring for the adorable Charlie & Simba 🦁. Every visit, my heart melted seeing them snuggled up together 🥰.

Simba used to be quite shy with me, but now he's brimming with confidence and happily cuddles up, even when I need to put eye drops in his sweet little scarred eyes 👁️🧡. It's such a joy to see how far he's come!

Charlie, on the other hand, has always been a cuddle bug, ready to cosy up at any given opportunity 😻😁. Quite often she would also be enjoying some rays on the hot tub ☀️🕶️.

Feel so blessed to be trusted with their care and to witness their lovely personalities shine through 😽💖.

✨🐱 Recently I had the pleasure of treating Tuxina, an adorable 8-month-old kitten, with a full grooming session. Her groom included:

Tuxina was an absolute superstar! 🌟 She wasn’t too sure about the vibration of the trimmer on her paws, so I took it nice and slow to keep her comfortable 😁. And, of course, she loved the endless treats she received throughout the process, which are clearly showing on her nose 🙊😻🤤.

🌟 Milo is possibly the highest jumping cat I’ve ever met! 🐱✨ His agility and energy are something to behold – he could be an Olympic jumper!

💕 And my lovely client has such a big heart! She adopted Rigby and shares him with her neighbour to make sure he’s always cared for 🤝🐾. He fits right in with her two mischievous boys 😻.
