Today I closed with a bang. Quite literally a tile fell off my roof and landed on my car.

NO CHRISTMAS PICTURES

Apologies but there is a glitch in the Christmas picture app and it has broken my phone 4 times now. Which has left me unable to message customers to tell them I'm on the way which has in turn made me very late.

I do apologise for this.

Just to reiterate.

24 hours notice for any cancellations or full payment is required.

I do not enjoy enforcing this unfortunately every service you take does enforce this.

I have turned people away and booked my appointments around everyone

If you book a flight and don't turn up then you don't go on holiday and don't get your money back.

Please respect this and please don't be offended when I enforce it.

Hi everyone

As I enter the craziest week ever a few things to note

Please be on time for drop off and collection time for your pups
Please bare with me if I'm a few minutes late as I'm trying my best to get everyone in.

If your dog is matted I may not have time to fulfill the appointment so please let me know before hand so I can advise you or maybe juggle something around.

No shows or less than 24hours notice will be charged the full appointment

Once again I am working 630am until 9pm all 6 days this week with no gaps in between so please please bare with me

Thank you to all my customers for being there for me all year. I appreciate you all.
