One of today's parcels was a top up nose and paw balm white label order for THE most dog friendly cottages.
And I love the logo which is a drawing of the actual cottage . Genius.

I keep saying it, but seeing all the different labels is one of the perks of the job for me.

I never get bored of sending them all out and knowing that I have had a teeny tiny part in helping that business grow, whether that be through delighting your customers ( as Rachel does so well) , raising your brand visibility with own label products to sell, or by providing brilliant wholesale options with a low MOQ making accessing quality products to retail possible, for even the smallest business.

Making a product unique can be as simple as changing just one ingredient. And, as my products are hand made from scratch, anything is possible.

Let's get this off your to do list.
If you are a service based dog business with a client list and to do list as long as your arm you will be running round like a blue arsed fly right now I am sure.

I know you love your customers, and without them, you would have no business. I also know that you are doing all the things and the closer we get to Christmas the worse it gets.

So - to save you following the crowd and buying a shed load of Christmas themed bandanas that get worn once and then binned, or adding to landfill with a plastic bauble with your clients dog's picture hanging inside, give the gift if something lovely, useful and natural this year.

My zone of genius? Making balms and salves for dogs, doing the legislation bit, compliance, helping with the labels if you need it ( but lots of people DIY labels with my support around what needs to go on them).

My recipes..no problem. Prefer a bespoke recipe? No problem, just talk me through your vision.

Your zone of genius? Wowing your customers with a new product line, client gifts or Christmas gifts ( dog groomers ..your customers will love you for a Christmas gift that is useful 👌)

One of the original Dog and I products and for good reason. Transparency.

Here’s something many people don’t realise, in the UK, dog products don’t have to list ingredients on the label. I know - shocking isn't it.

That has always bothered me. I feel that if you’re putting something on your dog’s skin, you should know exactly what’s in it, especially as they will probably lick some of it at some point. So I list every ingredient , even thought it is a PITA to fit it on the small tin labels!!!

Transparency isn’t just about honesty, it’s also about trust. And when you can read the ingredient list and recognise every word that has to be a good thing.
