We’d like to sincerely apologise for the recent photo issue.
Your pet’s safety and privacy are always our top priorities. We only share images of pets on our social media if we have a signed permission slip from their owner, and we never post photos while your dog is in our care — we always wait until they are safely back home with you.
The images shared today were not taken recently they were chosen specifically for today’s themed post, where we carefully selected photos of dogs with their tongues out — a fun detail we thought our community would enjoy. While we did have a signed permission slip for the photo used, we completely understand that preferences can change.
If you would like us to remove any photos, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we’ll do so as quickly as possible.
To ensure we can respond promptly in the future, we kindly ask that any takedown requests be sent to us directly, as we may not see comments made on social media right away.
Once again, we are truly sorry for any upset caused, and we thank you for your understanding and continued trust in us.
