⚠️ Bird Flu Alert ⚠️

We’ve been informed that avian influenza (bird flu) has been rising again and has been confirmed in Folkestone and other surrounding areas.

To help prevent the spread of the disease and to protect both wild and domestic birds, please:

- Keep dogs on leads near lakes, ponds, and areas where birds gather.
- Avoid feeding or handling wild birds.
- Keep domestic birds (such as chickens, ducks, and other poultry) indoors or securely fenced off from wild birds.
- Follow any local signs or access restrictions.

If you come across sick or dead wild birds, do not touch or move them. Please report any sightings to: DEFRA helpline on: 0345 933 5577
It is a notifiable disease and MUST be reported!

A huge staff appreciation post!! 🎉
What a team we have!

It has been a really busy and stressful time for us and wow the team really have stepped up and helped us so much ❤️

The kennels and cattery look and smell amazing! They have been scrubbing for the new mats to arrive and given the whole place a well needed autumnal clean, aswell as giving the pets in our care all the love and attention 🥰

From all of us including the cats and woofas in our care a huge thank you and well done!

We have very limited spaces left on the lead up to Christmas and New Year.

If you are planning to go Christmas shopping or even a little trip away before the holidays, we would advise that you book your fur babies in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

AND now that we have rehomed 2 dogs, we now have 2 kennels available over Christmas!

🐶 🖤 Happy Black Dog Day! 🖤 🐶

To all of our lovely customer with their fur babies of all colours 🥰 We have absolutely loved spending the summer having fun in the sun 🌞
But Black Dog Syndrome IS a thing!

Black dogs are most and more likely to be overlooked in rescue centres.

Having a black rescue dog of our own who we rescued in December last year, who has spent 8 years of his life in a rescue and just about to spend his 10th birthday finally in a home with his own sofa, it is heart breaking knowing that there are many more loving dogs waiting for their forever sofas 🥰

We are introducing our very own Noots and just a few of the beauties we love and look after.
