sadly we’ve had to say goodbye to Riley (FTW Astraglen Solo)
Out of the blue he suddenly turned up poorly yesterday and very quickly deteriorated-vet investigation found a large likely cancerous mass inside which was advanced, affecting several major organs- on vet advice we let him go, he was nearly 11. Riley was a strong powerful dog in structure and in his work, he was at the heart of our picking up team and enjoyed 100’s of shoot days over the years and a full 23/24 season he will be missed greatly by us and by his best dog mate Pete.
