3rd & guns choice today at the midland counties novice av for ekko, the only c**ker to feature in the awards against springers.
1st run flush & retrieve on a c**k bird, 2nd run a loose hen shot right by her a real tempter but remained steady, sent out and back, hunted on then lovely find in bramble on a rabbit which was shot and went forward, on a single cast worked the line out on a back wind to pick and return, will remember it for sure 🐰💥

Sadly we have said goodbye to our oldest pack member Mallowdale Tony of Greenfox-Boss was 14 & a half
In his prime I asked alot of him as a keepers dog, he always gave me 100% a real hard working dog who never let me down, we enjoyed 11 shooting seasons together. In his retirement he lived in our home, the kitchen feels empty now 😭
Boss you were a real goodun

Couldn’t be more proud of Remi our newest Field Trial Winnner! 🏆🤩👏

Today she won the Cambridgeshire Field Trial Society Novice AV at Audley End against springers. She’s been so close a few times and gained lots of awards upto this point and being a homebred bitch this win means alot to us. Must thank the club, and all involved in making the day and to the judges Andy Waterhouse & John Robertson for seeing it our way today. And to the guns also for awarding us Guns Choice that’s always a special award. This season has been one to remember for sure 🥂

These little guys love coming out picking up-not to work just in the truck to be part of the day, learning dog box etiquette from the older dogs, new sights, sounds and surroundings is the best way to start them 🥰
