Cancellation policy for Big N Dog grooming.

Due to the increased of no shows and late cancellations which has significant impact on my small business I have decided to implement this policy.

If clients fail to show up for scheduled appointments without prior notice the price of a full groom will be charged. I understand circumstance can change so please contact me as soon as possible to discuss and rearrange.

Additionally, I have also implemented a policy regarding late cancellations. If appointment cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled date I will be charging 50% of the price of the groom prior to rearranging the appointment.

I send out appointments reminders the day prior to appointments to reduce the chance of missed appointments or cancellations.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. I look forward to seeing you and your furry friends soon.
