South Bank Dog Grooming Hi! I’m Cherril, welcome to my page. The salon is home based, fully insured and well equipped for most dog breeds and sizes.

I am an experienced dog groomer and provide a safe, stress free and relaxing 1-2-1 enviroment for your pooches from my home salon in York 🐾🛁🐶 Professional Grooming Parlour, offering high quality service and treatments for you're dog.I offer a safe, relaxing environment for the dogs, who receive one-to-one care to insure only the best results. I have undertaken the City & Guilds Level 3 qualificati

on for Dog Grooming, and have trained under European renowned dog groomer Allison Rodgers. I pride myself on the quality of the service I provide, and will use only professional products which keep the pH balance of natural oils within the dogs coats. I offer full grooming, including; health check, brushing, bathing & drying, cutting/clippering, styling, nail trim, pads & hygiene areas trimmed. I also offer:

- Hand stripping
- De-matting
- De-shedding
- Quick wash
- Blow dry
- Nail clipping
- Puppy treatments

Honey was my first customer pooch in my new salon this week 🥳
She was lovely to groom 🥰, we managed to remove a lot of undercoat which was making her hot and I gave her a short scissor cut by request of her owners !! 🐶🐾

A long awaited hello back from me and to say I am back up and running grooming in York. From closing Newland Groomer I have been working on creating a beautiful new space to pamper your pooches once again. I am based a couple of minutes from the Knavesmire / York racecourse area in South Bank, a ten minute drive from the A64. This lovely area has inspired me and I can’t wait to welcome some of you back, and see some new faces in the salon.

I will still be providing a 1-2-1 service, emphasising creating a safe, relaxing and enjoyable experience for your fur babies. I will be posting some updates over the coming weeks but I am now open for appointments ✨🐶🛁 hope to see some of you soon- Cherril ❤️

As some of you will now know I will be closing Newland Groomer this week and getting myself set for an impending move to York. I just wanted to take the time to express my appreciation and thanks to all my lovely customers and your pooches over the years. I have been so lucky to have been able to build the business over the past 8 years, and it’s been down to this great community.

A massive thank you from the bottom of my heart, and here is to my next venture.
