WOW WOW WOW!!! What a way to end the year!

Today we were so busy, and we can’t believe it! We really thought the weather would make you want to stay cosy wrapped up in a blanket next to the Christmas tree watching Home Alone - how wrong were we!

We launched our riding club at the start of winter, and yes we did think at the time that we were probably just four crazy ladies launching at the hardest time of year. But three months on and it’s been so worth it! When I say we’ve worked so hard and put our all in to the club, we really have! But we do this for you guys! We’ve brought you three very busy shows and two sold out clinics. We have grown our committee by two, have a second instructor on board, and have some other super exciting events pencilled in for you all.

Thank you so much for supporting the club, we do it for you, but we couldn’t do it without you!

And we can’t wait to see you all next year - keep an eye out for the next events advertised!

• Open Christmas Show Jumping Fun Day
• Monday 1st December @ 12:00
• Stubley Hollow Farm, Dronfield

⏰ Promptly starting at 12:00, with walk the course with Abbi available at 11:45! We will be running through the schedule class by class, no specific times available for any classes within the schedule. We will keep Facebook updated through the event about what classes are starting.

⛅️ The show will be taking part in the outdoor arena, with the indoor arena available to be used for warm-up. The weather forecast has been saying for the last few weeks that tomorrow is to remain dry from 12, so let’s hope it stays like that! 🤞🏻 Maybe bring your waterproofs just in case!

📝 We have lots of pre-entries in, but we are still taking entries on the day, please check in at the entries box upon arrival if you have pre-entered too.

💷 Payment is currently by cash only.

🚚 Horse boxes & trailers only to be parked in the car park at the bottom of the hill.
🚙 Cars to be parked along the side of the hill overlooking the arena . Please refer to pinned post about parking and overflow.

☕️ We have the Tuck Shop running in the room next to the indoor arena, hot & cold drinks with snacks as well, ranging in price from 50p to £1.50, so don’t forget your change. The toilet block is also next to this room.

🪑There is limited spectator seating available, you’re welcome to bring a camp chair with you to use around the wooden benches provided.

🏵️ Gorgeous 3 tier rosettes to 6th place in all classes (apart from Clear Round that has its own beautiful two tier rosettes).
🏆 Sponsorship in some classes (as specified in the schedule) where prizes will also be given for 1st & 2nd place in those classes.

🛍️ Pooh Corner will be running a used tack sale in the indoor room where the tuck shop is running, raising money for their charity rehoming rescued horses and ponies.

✨Entries on the day (and times) - this Sunday✨
For anyone entering on the day (or who have already entered and are wondering about times) for the show this Sunday, it might be worth aiming to get to the show ground for when it starts. Last time we raced through the first few classes, and we’re expecting it to be the same at the show this Sunday! We will be keeping the page updated with each class starting again, and we can’t give any specific times at the moment for what classes will start when, however we don’t want anyone to miss out! The show starts at 12 (walk the course available at 11:45) and we will definitely get through poles & 25cm quickly, then after those we’re on to Clear Round (which will probably also be completely quickly) and the rest of the classes 😊

We can’t wait to see you all! The chocolate is ready to be handed out 🍫
