🐶🐶🐶🐶 Bertha update 🐶🐶🐶🐶

I'm back on the road today, thank goodness. She's all fixed!
Will be sorted cancelled appointments out first , should Hopefully get you all back in for today and tomorrow!
Can everyone please make sure sure you are sending/handing over the correct groom fee please, the price increase was 1st of July of £5 on every pooch!

🐶🐶🐶 UPDATE ON BERTHA 🐶🐶🐶

The water pump has obliterated basically, so the awful noise is the plastic banging around everywhere in the cooling system. It's at the garage where it will stay until fixed (not driveable), they won't know the full extent of the damage till it's up on the ramp.
Hoping to fixed one day thus week but don't know the damage till it's apart basically. So this week all are cancelled I'm afraid 😭

🐶 IMPORTANT NOTICE 🐶
Bertha (the van) is not right. The engine is making a not so pleasant sound. So I may have to cancel all this week and move to w/c 19th depending on what's wrong with it. I'm taking it to the garage tomorrow morning to see if they know what's up, but it's not looking good! 😭

I will update everyone once I have seen the guys at the garage!

Good evening everyone,

First of all I would like to thank you all, for your continued support and loyalty over the years! I do have the best fluffy pals to pamper!

Unfortunately it is time to announce a price increase I'm afraid, from 1st July 2024. All dogs will have a increase of £5. (On grooms only) 2022 was my last increase. (The prices on the about section are the old price at the moment, until I can figure out how to change it)

So far, the cost of shampoo, conditioner, brushes, blades, combs, perfume/cologne, have all gone up not the mention the running costs of the van.

I will also be increasing the flea fee to £20.

As always I understand that not everyone will be able to facilitate a price increase, please do let me know if you need to go elsewhere.
