Same format as OG Neo’s — let yourself in, let yourself out, private and stress-free.

A Black Friday discount is running across both parks to mark the opening, and if you’ve been waiting for a reason to try somewhere new… this might be it.

You can now also book Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (10am–4pm) at King Street for:
• Drop-offs
• Wash & dry sessions
• Private hire with me on-site

I’ll admit, this launch feels a bit different. The first park was exciting, but this one carries more pressure — in a good way. You’ve set the expectations high, and I hope this space meets them. I just want people to walk away feeling comfortable, relaxed and happy with their time here.

King Street is going to run slightly differently to Neo’s.
I’ll actually be on-site a few days a week, which means you’ll be able to:

🛁 Self-wash your dog
🐶 Drop your dog off with me for an hour
🏡 Still book normal private hire

…and once I finish my Level 3 Dog Grooming, I’ll be offering a simple, basic wash service too!

Big Week Incoming! + Sneak Peek at a New Idea…

So over the next few days I’ll be putting in some serious work at the new place — cleaning, rearranging, setting things up and getting it ready to open.
It’s going to take a bit of graft, but I can already picture how lovely it’ll look once it’s fully Neo-fied 💙

I’ll keep everyone updated with photos and progress so you can follow along as it comes together!

✨ And a little idea I’m planning to trial:
I’m thinking of opening Mondays and Thursdays for “Scrub-a-Pup Sessions” (or just simple Self-Wash Days if that’s more your vibe!).

You’ll be able to:
🛁 Bring your dog for a proper wash
💦 Use all the fancy equipment
🧴 Shampoo included
🫧 Conditioner too
🧺 Towel included
🌬 Dryer included
👋 And I’ll be there to guide you and get you started

Basically — you do the wash, I’m there for support, and your bathroom at home stays spotless.
