The supporting cast! These guys don't want to show their cute wee faces! But Claws and Paws would be nothing without its supporting cast! Nothing is out-with their capabilities! They accompany me on visits, help with promotion, marketing, admin and look after everything when I am busy looking after your pets.

This is Gill, she is the boss! What she says (is usually ignored!) goes! When she is not pet sitting you can find her doing a variety of other things! She is at her happiest in a field camping at music festivals or travelling for gigs and holidays! She (clearly) doesn't take herself too seriously!

Meet the Claws and Paws Team!
This is Roach, He is a 22 week old Pomsky. He is training to be an Autism Assistance dog and is doing very well with his basic obedience training so far! You will see him round town with his young handler or myself wearing his 'Service Dog in Training' Vest. and his 'Please ignore' lead. The only problem with this is that unfortunately he can't read yet so he likes to make friends!

These are 'The Kittens' Ron and Reggie are their official names but I can't tell which is which so they are collectively known as 'The Kittens'. These guys were our lockdown kittens and as such they are quite shy and like to keep themselves to themselves. One of them loves cuddles and the other doesn't, I just have no clue which is which!! They don't seem to mind though!

This is Sinbad. Believe it or not he is our Alpha! He is 10 now though but used to rule the streets! He has the scars to prove it! He is almost 10 now though and far prefers lounging along the back of the sofa and giving the odd swipe at the puppies to put them in their place! He loves treats and will always come running when he hears the dreamies jar rattling!

This is Spots, She and Sinbad (you'll meet him soon!) are brother and sister, they were born to our older cat Drizzle (RIP). Spots is almost 10 and is a typical cat! If looks could kill!! She is a lovebug but only to those she deems suitable!

This is Ivy, She's our loyal Lab! She is around 8 months old, loves to run on the beach and generally follow Fizzy wherever she goes! She loves a cuddle just as much and is finally growing into her legs! She took a while to learn how to use the stairs but has this mastered now! She has a sweet soul and has an 'emotional support lamb' which is her favourite teddy and will carry it round with her when it all gets a little much! She's just a baby afterall!

This is Razzle or Uncle Razz as he is known! He is our oldest guy. He is almost 11 and has been with us since he was a tiny fluff ball! Now he is a big fluff ball! His talents lie with training! He has spent many years looking after and teaching the younger cats and dogs how to be the best version of themselves! Hence 'Uncle' Razz! He loves to laze on a warm sunny windowsill, until he hears the fridge open and then he is always on the lookout for whatever you drop on the floor!

This is Fizzy, Shes our livewire Cockapoo! She is a year and a half, loves to run on the beach, especially the water! She is a proper Princess but likes to bark at ANYONE going past the window! She loves her food and especially peppers! Her favourite toy is Hamish a highland cow that she has had since she was a pup!

Welcome to Claws and Paws!

I have been looking after friends and neighbours pets for a long time along with my own dogs, cats and other furry friends!

I am fully insured, qualified and will be a Council approved Dog walker soon (application pending!)

Happy to visit your home and look after your furry, feathered or scaly family members or even water the plants and turn lights on if you are away on holiday or business etc.

I will walk your dogs too I don’t offer group walking. Suitable for nervous dogs, older dogs, puppies or just if you want your pup to have the VIP treatment!

I use positive reinforcement for good behaviour and all treats are natural and of the highest quality, happy to use your own if you prefer.

I can also offer overnight care for you home and/or pets.

Client review

I have known Gill for the past two and a half years and she has been looking after my cat Sofia on numerous occasions. She and her family are animal lovers. I have no doubts about leaving Sofia in her capable care. She has been flexible and reliable in fitting in with my holiday dates.
