Please see below the cancellation and no show policy. I have updated it slightly from my old one.
To be honest, this isn’t about the loss of income due to no shows that have become a little more frequent. This is about the time lost that I could be scheduling in other clients as there is a 4 week wait time and I want to keep wait times to a minimum. It is also time I could be spending with my family or my horse, time I could be walking or spending time with my own dogs.
As you all know I am pretty easy going but I do need to make sure my business is protected.
I do totally understand some circumstances cannot be helped and I will always be fair with people.
On from this, can anyone with outstanding bills please pay before the end of the week, as stated before bank transfer will now have to be paid before dogs are picked up.
