⚠️MEET OUR NEWEST TEAM MEMBERS⚠️

Meet Tara & Kayley 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

So excited to announce that we’re bringing not just one but two new members on to the ADW team!💚

I’m lucky enough that I didn’t need to search far as both have been clients of mine for some time. They have impressed me with their skills & commitment to their dogs so it’s nothing but a pleasure to bring them on board👏🏼

Both have experience with dogs/animals. Tara has been running her own dog walking business over in Newport while Kayley is currently studying animal care🐶

Super excited for them to come on board the business, they will both be working part time in the training school while Jenni will then come on board the business full time👏🏼

Exciting times ahead🤞🏼✨🤞🏼✨

To all the women who think that having a child will limit you in life..

Having a child will only limit you if you allow it to.

Please know that I am not shaming women who don’t have or plan not to have children, this is a post to celebrate women who do choose to have children and continue to do whatever they want to do in life👏🏼

Has having a child impacted my business/career? Yes

Has having a child impacted my mental health? Yes

Has having a child changed my life? Yes

These statements are probably read in a negative way but there has been many positive impacts too..

Having a child has pushed me to do things outwith my comfort zone which has impacted my career in positive ways✅

Having a child has truly shown me that my purpose in life is more than what I thought it ever was✅

Having a child has truly made me a better person and a better dog owner✅

Being a mother and continuing to fulfil my career has come with a lot of guilt; something only a mother will experience. But I will not use my child as an excuse to not allow my business and career to thrive. I want something to pass down to my boy if he chooses to follow my footsteps in this industry.

I support women who choose to have children and continue prioritising their business alongside motherhood. Whether you do it with a partner or without, with family support or without, with paid childcare or financially supported childcare.

I support women who choose not to have children to prioritise their career, I support women who can’t have children, I support women who are waiting on the right time to have children.

Emotional even writing this because my boy is the best thing to do is ever happen to me and it’s disappointing that women think that having a child stops you from doing incredible things when that is truly not the case. It will not come easy but nothing great in life ever does.

Thank you to all the incredible women who support me & my boy. I’m lucky to have some incredible women in my life🫶🏼🫶🏼

Me & Jenni are super busy at the unit 6 days per week between us both, we have put into place hours outwith day training times to spend the time replying to new enquiries, getting back to client messages and booking new clients in for phone consultations. These days/times are;
