- Young male lifting all the manhole covers up over the central path, leaving the sewage hole exposed, hard to spot at night/with the grass coverage, easy for a dog to break a leg or dissappear down. Ran off when challenged, did my best to replace most of them but one or two have fallen down the hole itself.
