Hi everyone, thanks for joining. A wee bit of background for those that don't know. Iris had a reaction to a metacam injection after a routine dental(I get all my dogs done yearly). She had really bad diarrhea and a stomach ulcer. She ended up with Protein-losing enteropathy, anemia and hypoglycemia. She was referred to the Royal Dick Vet hospital for specialist treatment. After 3 days she was discharged only to be rushed in as a medical emergency a few days later and spent the night in the critical care unit. She was then transferred back to internal medicine, where she has been since wed. Hopefully, all being well she is getting home today with a neck feeding tube. It will be a long road to recovery, she was down to 1.63kg & skin & bone but she has so many amazing people looking out for her, we will get there x Her bill is estimated at around 6K+ and this page will hopefully top up all the donations everyone has made. I have been so humbled by everyone's generosity especially in these hard financial times. I can never thank you enough x
