Sooo we didn't get away on our holiday this weekend as planned..
Jazz was staying with family and the minute we sat down on the plane on Thursday night we received a phonecall to say he had been scared and run off out the front door.
Obviously we got off the plane, got in a taxi and made our way to find him. Luckily Jazz had his tracker on his collar - we could see exactly where he was on the map and eventually he stopped running. Thankfully he was found with only a few minor injuries. He had ran some distance and was found hiding in a close.
Without his tracker he might never have been found - or at least maybe not in one piece. Jazz has never done anything like this before so it just shows you anything can happen. The only reason we got the tracker was for peace of mind when he's out exploring on his walks. We completely recommend all dog owners to buy a tracker because you never know when you might need it.
It's been an absolute lifesaver for us and we're just so glad we have our boy home safe.
The wee man will be off walks for the next week as he's hurt his paws. He will look forward to seeing all his friends soon 🐾
