Knowing boundaries.
There isnt always a dramatic shift when you start reiki. You work with the horse you have today.
Yesterday this horse was looking for close contact. Today she is happy to accept reiki at a distance of her choosing.

This is my own horse basking in the energy flow.
The lowered head, licking, chewing and sighing are signs that the horse is in deep relaxation. This supports the immune system and allows healing to take place. Old traumas and emotional blocks are released.
