Runa is a fun loving Staffy-Pitbull-Russel Cross who lives for running & being an effective rabbit a i popped out the runt of the litter back in May 2013.

Laughing on the other side of their chops now. Then this Geordie bloke rescued me from my home after a du***ss landlord kicked me out of my family in South Shields. We go running all the time and often go for huge adventures over big hills and loads of fields. Walking for days sometimes. Bloody big cows don't like me. I try and cool them though. Horses kicked me on the head once. I caught and ate

a mouse - it was vile, warm and juice-yukky. i prefer the fresh grub and raw food diet i get. Can't cope with the warm juice-yukky. I like the meat and veg and fruit. a right good bowl goes down. "You're getting balanced nutrition" he says. I'm in training for a really big ultra run. He reckons i'm ready. I've told him i'm not going until i've got a decent harness and that he promises to carry me when i stop caring. i'm clearly better than him anyhow but best not say nothing. He'll go off it if he knows i'm sat typing this out. He knows i'm clever but this will heart-attack him. a message from me to you dog handlers out there "don't think your pooch is a teddy bear. We're clever than you think. Teaching them and training them will wake them up - we need to run as much as you do"

Stop feeding them chocolate as well. it's making everyone sick. i see some states on my journeys. Love you all - be a fitbull©

It's just magic being out doing what I do best. Got loads of chases with the wildlife - I don't like to catch them though, just a bit game. Practising my instincts. Went in the mud, up and down the hills, through the woods and me and the bearded one smashed some hills in. 15 miles in total. Having a rest today.

I ran my biggest distance today. 19miles and it was easy. Me and the bearded dude went in a run to the pennines as we're training for my first ultra marathon. Legs are aching now so I'm chilling on my bed. Before you start moaning... We are built to run, we do it better than you. I just need proper care. Watch out for my next adventure

Runa and Running - made for each other

I couldn't do this when i first started. The dude built me up to it slowly. We are fast learners if you have the patience to try teach us what you need and want, without words. We have to be taught stuff AAAAND you have to learn how trust us. We're not stupid, you just don't train us enough. #Exercise #Discipline #Affection

Dog + Run = content

I'm Runa. I'm 4 now. Running is what i love to do. Us pooches were designed for it. Watch me go. #Exercise #Discipline #Affection is what me and the dude do. It's fun. I know to run on the grass as the tarmac is a human mess which took my pads ages to get used to.
