😻 Feel Good Friday 😻
The gorgeous Jack totally chilled in his new home with the lovely Isabelle. Jack was one of those cats who took the whole process of coming in to the shelter in his stride so we just knew he would settle very quickly in to a new home.

When Riker came in to the shelter he had lost all faith in humans and was hissing and swiping. Time and patience has paid off and now we a looking for an experienced cat owner for him to continue his journey. He can be a bit of a clown and will happily roll around on your knee but can also still be nervous at times. He needs a quiet home with a regular routine. He could possibly live with one other quiet cat. He cannot live with younger children or dogs. He is still a youngster and with the right person he will bring joy and flourish. 😻 Lyn is looking for her forever home 😻

This adorable little cat is looking for her forever home. Lyn is a sweet cat and very easy to care for. She is quiet and a real lap sitter. At only 8 months old Lyn has been through the mill but it hasn’t let it phase her. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Our beautiful Max looking totally chilled in his new home. Max has been adopted from our shelter by the lovely Annie and her partner. Thank you to everyone who adopts a cat from a shelter. You all make room for us to take in another cat in distress.

Ezzy is looking for her forever home 😻

Ezzy was in a bit of a state when she came in. She had had a flea infestation and so was a bit scabby and had some bald patches. She has now had treatment for this and her coat is now looking glossy and her bald patches have grown back. . She has also been spayed, vaccinated and microchiped. Ezzy is 2 years old. Despite this difficult start her personality is delightful. She is friendly, affectionate, playful and inquisitive. Just as a cat should be. Ezzy is now looking for her forever home.

It's 😻Feel Good Friday 😻 and today we have the most AMAZING story to tell you about Gypsy.!

Gypsy was brought in to our shelter on the 3rd of May this year. At 9 years old and as she could be a bit on the grumpy side 🤣 we were worried about finding the right home for her. But then she met Judith who rescued her from the shelter on the 26th June. The following is in Judith's own words about a recent incident which clearly shows how clever cats are and how they use all their communication skills to tell us when something is wrong. Cats are just the best ❤️.

Hello, I just wanted to let you all know that Gypsy became my hero. My 18 year old cat, Zowie, had a stroke two nights ago. Gypsy woke me up to alert me in time to get Zowie to the emergency vet. Gypsy saved Zowie's life.
Gypsy physically stomped on my face at exactly 3:45am Monday morning. The first time, I shooed her away thinking she was playing silly buggers, but she did it again and then bit my nose. So I got up and found my Zowie panting on the edge of my bed, unable to stand, and quite literally at death's door. Gypsy has been getting the good stuff ever since and has a new exercise wheel on order. Best. Adoption. Ever.
