My Story
Hello! My name is Alice!
To say I love animals is an understatement. I set up Happy Hounds after noticing a great need for dog sitting services within the Lincoln area. Following the completion of a BSc in Animal Behaviour & Welfare at the University of Lincoln, I am now studying for an MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour, where I am particularly interesting in dog training and needs. I have attained my Small Animal First Aid Qualification and have a deep understanding of positive reinforcement in dog training. I am also fully insured and DBS checked.
I have set up the business to help the local community and share my love and knowledge of dogs with the people of Lincolnshire. I aim to provide a holiday pet sitting service in the comfort of your own home during the day and overnight, with the added bonus of a free no obligation quote and consultation with you and your dog to check we are the right fit.
I also now offer small animal pet sitting, ranging from hamsters through to birds! I have a great deal of experience with small furries as well as exotics, and find keeping them in their own home often reduces stress and leads to much happier animals.
