Please continue to put fresh water out every evening for our prickly friends (and any other passing wildlife) they will be very grateful.
If you are able to support feed too that would be great. Don't waste your money on hedgehog food, any good quality kitten biscuits/s will be appreciated (animal protein as first ingredient and a protein content of 30% or more). Try a mixture of brands, they can be fussy !(Hedgehog food is unregulated and anything can be put in it, sometimes they contain harmful ingredients for the hoggies).
Hedgehog mums are struggling to find water & food meaning they can abandon their hoglets, help them help their babies, they are far better brought up by mum than in a rescue ❤️🦔

Our thanks go to Steve & Lynn Blofeld for their fantastic support raising money for the rescue. The 'scarecrow' hedgehogs showing visitors, to the festival at Wetwang over the weekend, how they can help and what the seasons mean for our prickly friends. They raised a fantastic amount through donations £181.69, competition £51 and plants sales a couple of weeks ago £60.50.
We really do appreciate the hard work that goes into raising money & talking to the visitors and of course the work that goes into making the 'scarecrows' ❤️🦔

Please, please put water out now in front and back gardens, in schools, allotments, workplaces.....our hedgehogs and other wildlife are dying from total dehydration. Clean, fresh water daily. Such a simple act of kindness. Please share and spread the word. This is desperate. 😭💧💦

Last weekend was busy one for fundraising. Plant sale raised £62 and the stall at Bridlington King Street market made £82. Much needed funds for the months ahead, thank you for your support ❤️🦔

The kind souls who set up Wildlife Rescues are truly unsung heroes. They work tirelessly to help out injured and sick animals with the aim of releasing them back to the wild.
At times it must be both the most heartwarming and heartbreaking vocations to undertake and all of us here at Brambles Pet & Wildlife are truly in awe of the work these people do. Many rely totally on donations and are finding it incredibly difficult to carry on giving the animals the care & needs they require as it is incredibly expensive to pay for Vet fees, medications, food etc.

So this is a shout out to anyone who can help Wildlife Rescues in any way they can as any help would be accepted very gratefully.
