๐‘ท๐’‰๐’๐’†๐’๐’Š๐’™ went to the vet yesterday for the first time in 4 years ๐Ÿ˜ณ

We can't skim over the fact that this boy has been let down by humans. You will see he has been fitted with his very own muzzle and doesn't he look handsome!

The muzzle is precautionary. This dog has been mistreated and reacts differently than your dog does in a new environment because he has learned that new things are scary and often cause him physical pain - that's what a prong collar does.

Thankfully, he was a superstar โœจ๏ธ and even got to see his buddy Emma from in the waiting room before he got a restart of vaccinations and a quick MOT.

Phoenix starts a 6 week basics course with on Monday. We are doing everything to set this boy up for success when he gets adopted โค๏ธ

He's 6 years old and has had an owner since he was 5 months old. But he's never had a home ๐Ÿก

He's in kennels atm and he really loves it so we are not looking for a foster home. We are looking for an adopter who can go and meet him where he is, go for a walk, not rush him!

Mozze is an extremely friendly and affectionate boy. He can live with cats, dogs, sensible children. But he can be nervous and needs a confident handler to help him cope with lots of noise and changes - someone that flaps just isn't right for Mozze.

He's now had 3 sets of xrays, a CT and every blood test available - at a cost of over ยฃ5k to the charity. We've been referred to a physio so we are doing everything we possibly can do to set Fraggle up for success and can only hope that he finds a home ๐Ÿก

๐‘ณ๐’Š๐’Ž๐’ƒ๐’ has a visit arranged with a potential adopter!
