LILO had lots of fun during our FREE consultation dog walk. We worked on building trust and reinforcing important commands whilst also having plenty of fun running around and following scents! 🐶

CAPTAIN HOOK’s EPIC ADVENTURES

Our monthly Epic Adventures are perfect for those never tired paws!

Part of our promise is that our walks will leave your pup tired out and well exercised. However, we know that some pups just don’t run out of fuel!

That’s why our Epic Adventures are here. Once a month, we provide a 3-5 hour walk/ hike for the adventurous pooches so they can let all their energy out and return to you ready for a nap!

*A word of caution however! As these adventures can be long, and some furry friends have smaller legs, we would advise that some pooches may not be suitable for the adventures. A tired dog is a happy dog, but an exhausted dog can be dangerous to their health.*

SOLO AND GROUP WALKS

Daily adventures as part of the Hook & Paw pack, or for those paws who like to go solo.

We vary our walks day to day so your pooch is always getting different scents and stimulation everyday.

We try to incorporate light training into every session as this is a crucial part of pack bonding and mental stimulation. This includes basic commands, familiar commands and some new ones if you wish!

Hi, i’m Dan Hook (the Hook behind the Paw), business owner and Captain Canine at Hook & Paw Edinburgh.

We’re a family owned dog walking and pet care business located in West Edinburgh. We offer carefully crafted services for your canines, cats & small animals.

My own dog, Yoshi, is the inspiration behind Hook & Paw. Watching her tail wag as she tracks a new scent or letting her have her zoomies around a big open field is the best part of my day. The even better part is the sense of knowing my time is well spent as she snores loudly on the sofa next to me, dreaming of the day’s adventures.

So, when you choose our dog walking & pet services, we can ensure you that your dog will also be snoring soundly after it’s day out - that’s the Hook & Paw promise.
