Sheath Cleaning Appointments:

* Unfortunately I strictly wont be able to provide the service if you haven't completed the online booking form.

* If payment is not received the evening before service I will not be able to complete the clean.

I have very little time to be chasing £30/£90/£200 payments and if I don't have a form from you I do not have direct contact details.

I try to be as flexible and professional as I can but I am getting exhausted from feeling like a debt collector - which I don't enjoy and don't wish to do as a profession.

I am happy if you need to reschedule or get in touch if struggling to pay... but you wouldn't walk out of Tesco without paying and it takes 2 seconds to get in touch by message.

Now that im finally getting into a routine with Hashtag Horse - Preloved Equestrian Supplies my availability for sheath cleaning will be :

Monday evenings
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

I will have limited weekend availability, this will be prioritised for group bookings and yard visits.

Our lovely little tardis of a shop is open today 10-5pm if you want to pop in and grab some last minute xmas gifts.
