Wellbeing Woofers is an exciting initiative suitable for schools and care homes. Our instructors bring well-loved family trained dogs and puppies into your setting to promote wellbeing and happiness. Children benefit hugely from this programme, developing a sense of fun and trust, learning to build relationshi

ps, to love and to care, and has proven to be a great encouragement for speaking. Care Home residents love to see their Wellbeing Woofer on a regular basis. The dogs and puppies bring love and comfort to residents, and their visits create a wonderful feeling of joy and companionship.

In celebration of World Kindness Day, we at Wellbeing Woofers are here to encourage everyone to make kindness a daily habit! 🐾 It doesn’t take much to brighten someone’s day — small, thoughtful actions go a long way. Here are some simple ways you can bring more kindness into everyday life:

✨ Send a kind message to a friend or coworker
✨ Smile at a stranger
✨ Pay it forward at your local cafe
✨ Give someone a compliment
✨ Take a friend’s dog for a walk 🐶

🐾 Moriarty knows how important a quick rest is before diving into his favourite part of the day. Having checked out the lunchboxes nearby (just in case!), he waited patiently for the next bell so he could continue his round of tail wags, smiles and support 💖

As Bonfire Night approaches, let’s make sure we take extra care of our dogs, who do so much for our wellbeing all year round. Fireworks can be stressful for them, so here are 3 simple ways to help:

1️⃣ Create a Calm Space: Set up a cosy spot with their favourite blankets and toys where they can feel safe and secure.

2️⃣ Use Calming Sounds: Play soft music or white noise to help drown out the loud bangs and keep them relaxed.

3️⃣ Offer Reassurance: Stay close by, give them comforting pets, and show them you’re there for them, just like they’re always there for you. 🐶💖

Let’s take care of our furry friends who take such good care of us! 🌟

Our lovely boy Moriarty is making himself right at home, and his new friends are already hard at work capturing his adventures! 🎨✨ Inspired by a description of Moriarty's morning walk, the students created a masterpiece featuring the sunrise, misty air, and of course Moriarty himself sitting proudly with his trusty tennis ball 🐾

This is Archie. Archie’s Mum sent me this video today. We didn’t realise that I taught her little boy. We are linked through my health, beauty and wellness side hustle @xa_healthy_glowx Archie comes home and tells his Mummy all about yoga and his yoga teacher and that is Me 😄 here is Archie demonstrating beautifully what he has learnt so far.
