My name is phoenix my foster mummy says I’m ready for my forever home. I have to stay near my foster home so my new family needs to be in the area or the outskirts. Home check is needed to make sure I’m suitable for my forever home and you’re suitable for me. I like walks but I do need more lead training my mummy has done lots with my already.
The only thing I need you to be aware of is
I don’t like cats, I need to be the only furbaby in the home so I have your undivided attention, I’m a medium siz dog but still have to grow into my fur and body more. You really must have a nice big garden with a very tall fence, I love to jump. I don’t really get on with small people I’m not overly keen on them I find they are too much for me as I don’t like my ears or tail pulled. My new foster mummy and my rescue
Family not only help me but they will help you too. I would rather go back to my foster mummy than a strange foster home if you don’t like me

My name is phoenix, I am 2 years old my old name used to be ruby. I’ve come a very long way to live in the UK sadly as I landed my new home couldn’t take me as their circumstances changed almost immediately, I headed straight to another rescue kennel, then after a short time I was on the move again to another new home, I was going to a frail old lady, she couldn’t cope with me I was too strong and bouncy for her, so of I go again back to the shelter. There I stayed for a while until another new home came up. I was so excited to be leaving the shelter as nice as the people looking after me were I longed for a comfy sofa and a warm house, so of I go again to a new home, sadly I was only there not even a week before I was given up on again by my new home.
It left me very sad longing for a new home I didn’t want to be stuck in a cage for the rest of my days I am still a baby I wanted to feel the love and comfort of a new family.
One day my rescue family told me I was about to spend Christmas in a new home where I would be looked after by a lady with other doggies like me. I’ve been living with my new foster mummy now for almost 3 weeks we live by the seaside I have a family but it’s only temporary until I find my own family to love. My name was ruby and my new mummy told me we were going to get rid of that name and give me a new one that related to happy times rather than a past I wish to forget. She called me phoenix- phoenix means reborn rising from the ashes and raised from the ashes I did, I have now some really happy memories I don’t even give my past life a second thought anymore. Please give me that forever home I long for ❤️
