We've only 2 places left on our first 'Canicross Beginners Workshop' 😁 I'm absolutely over the 🌙 and can't wait to get started!

We've also had 4 book onto the Cani-River 5k 🐾

A little refuel boost for Dots post run.
We kept it more road and low level off-road, building dots back up to distance and learning how to run in a harness.
keep you eyes peeled for lots of fitness and refuelling posts as we're working in collaboration with Eddys Pack Canicross Club

Perfect for newbies to canicross, this relaxed run will include walking breaks and is all about enjoying the social event – not racing.

Come along, bring your four-legged friends, and enjoy a lovely morning out!

Dogs must be wearing a canicross harness and have a bungee lead!

This morning, Eddy's Pack Canicross Club met up for a fantastic social walk, giving dogs and owners the chance to meet, mingle, and enjoy the common together. It was a great turnout, though trying to get a photo of everyone keeping still was like herding cats (or rather, excitable dogs on a walk)!

We missed those who couldn’t make it due to flu and other commitments – sending you all our best.

Keep your eyes peeled for our first Canicross event in February – it’s going to be pawsome! 🐾
