I’ve got a best friend for life with Neville 🥰

Absolutely , you may be noticing their shedding more. So to help keep you home as hair free as possible getting a professional groom keeps on top of this .
This is Snoop and he started coming to me when he was a little pup and comes to me every six weeks for a bath, deshed, nail trim and ear clean. He loves coming and enjoys his pampering and knows it’s not a scary place because he’s been coming from such a young age and it really does make a difference. Nail care is very important part of grooming and keeping your dogs nails at a healthy length. Visiting your groomer often helps to do this . NOTICE 🐾
I’ve always been lucky enough to have such amazing customers and haven’t had to take deposits. Over the last couple of months I’ve had a lot of last minute cancellation or no shows ! This impacts financially and I can’t run a business if this was to carry on, the same way you wouldnt sit in work all day only to find out you hadn’t been paid for it !
I do have a waiting list for appointments and it’s frustrating knowing someone really wanted that appointment and I’ve not been able to accommodate them.
Going forward any new appointments made I will be taking deposits and your appointment WILL NOT be held unless you have made payment. Please message me for more details. Thanks Rachel 🐾
