We have updated them due to lots of cancellations and no show’s resulting in loss of income as we are only a small business!
We also have a waiting list which we are unable to get through due to how busy we are however no shows and cancelled appointments aren’t allowing us to get through these new customers.

Just a quick post, as some of you know we go out of our way to work one Sunday every 6 weeks to accommodate working customers that can’t get here in the week!
We had 7 dogs booked in today and only 4 have turned up!
Going forward all Sunday appointments will require full payment upfront ❤️

🎅Hey everyone!🎅
I know it seems early but just wanted to put a post on in regards to Christmas bookings for your pooch! 🐶
December slots are quickly filling up and if it’s anything like last year we will very busy and unfortunately may have to turn people away!
To avoid being disappointed please book your Christmas groom in as early as possible! ❤️🎄

Also week commencing 18th-21st of December we will be doing an *OFFER* £20 for a bath and dry of your pooch also including a Christmas bandana and a Christmas gift from us!

Get your 4 legged friends booked in for a Christmas pamper now🎄🎅

We really apologise for having to cancel this weeks grooms, Gaynor has been taken into hospital which makes it really difficult to groom and manage daily life whilst she’s not at home, I have messaged all customers for the rest of this week and we really do apologise for the inconvenience however it is out of our control and health comes before anything as I’m sure you all understand ❤️🐶
I’ve kept all dogs for next week booked in however if anything changes I’ll be in touch over the weekend!
