I’ve not posted on here in a while. I was busy moving house and deciding if I wanted to continue breeding. While I loved the experience of pairing Loba and making gorgeous kitties, the market for savannahs has kind of exploded, not necessarily in a good way, and with my work and personal commitments I couldn’t commit the time that a breeding program requires. Both Loba and Kairi have now been spayed and I look forward to many happy years with them as my beautiful girls 💜

Want to see how Savannahs can vary in size? On the left (/first photo) is Anakin, an F4 male. On the right (/second photo) is his Mum, Loba, who is an F3 - water bottle has been used for size comparison. As much as the higher generations tend to be bigger, you never know what you’re going to get!

Since we’re adding another Savannah to our brood I felt it was a good idea to get a litter robot. So far, Anakin thinks he’s at the beach (he hasn’t done his business) and Loba can’t get a look in!

I do plan on mating Loba again this year, however, with personal commitments I’ve had to push it back to later in the year. Hopefully she’ll be visiting the stud in August, which would mean kittens around October/November.

This was his second jump (after clinging to it yesterday and this morning)… guess I’m going to need a new light shade soon! Hopefully he stops once the catio is fitted by the end of this week!

I don’t exactly have big hands… and I know I go on about it, but I can’t get away with the size of his paws! He’s such a beautiful boy 💜

Cats are clean and tidy? Think not!

Ignore my breathing - I have a cold… this is what happens when you give Anakin a dreamies but he does know what to do. Listen to his wee squeaks at the end 😻
