I’ll keep this page as a crazy cat page, maybe… so here’s what they’ve been up to tonight - Anakin and Loba trying to go on the wheel at the same time, but they each like going the opposite direction

I’ve not posted on here in a while. I was busy moving house and deciding if I wanted to continue breeding. While I loved the experience of pairing Loba and making gorgeous kitties, the market for savannahs has kind of exploded, not necessarily in a good way, and with my work and personal commitments I couldn’t commit the time that a breeding program requires. Both Loba and Kairi have now been spayed and I look forward to many happy years with them as my beautiful girls 💜

Want to see how Savannahs can vary in size? On the left (/first photo) is Anakin, an F4 male. On the right (/second photo) is his Mum, Loba, who is an F3 - water bottle has been used for size comparison. As much as the higher generations tend to be bigger, you never know what you’re going to get!

Anakin and Kairi were both enjoying the window hammock, so I upgraded to one with two levels… might as well have not bothered! These two melt my heart 💜

These two are joined at the hip 💜 Kairi and Anakin 💜 I suspect that once they’re both fully grown that hammock won’t stay on the window!

Just a kitten doing kitten things. Poor Kairi has a bit of a bad tummy since she arrived so she’s not getting to explore the house yet. She’s glued to me instead.

Since we’re adding another Savannah to our brood I felt it was a good idea to get a litter robot. So far, Anakin thinks he’s at the beach (he hasn’t done his business) and Loba can’t get a look in!

I do plan on mating Loba again this year, however, with personal commitments I’ve had to push it back to later in the year. Hopefully she’ll be visiting the stud in August, which would mean kittens around October/November.
