Would just like to clear this up its annoyed me all night 😡
Last year i was out for a walk in a field in hallglen waiting on ma pal joining me for a walk then i got a message from a man saying my choice of company name is a bit unfotunate that my buissiness name was called "tails and trails" as thats what his buissiness was called and started 5 years ago he then proceded to tell me that he had 3 people contact him looking for me to which i replied something along the lines off well you can either correct or ignore its up to u, then stated i was Kelly's Tails & Trails and dont know how they could be getting us mixed up. basicly conversation over. Now this was lastyear sometime so totally forgot all about it untill yesterday when another dog walker who is my good friend said to me that she had an enquiry about someone wanting ther dogs walked but she didnt cover boness so passed on my details to the customer to which the customer replied oh i have heard she has a bad review to which my friend replied oh i think u have the wrong person and she asked can i ask what the review was about and the customer basicly said oh she seemingly stole another dogwalkers name 🤣
I for 1 did not steal anyones name there are lots of tails and trails dog walkers i havent seen any1 with Kellys tails and trails going about i only cover boness i could cover falkirk and surrounding areas if i wanted to but choose not to as i prefer to cover the 1 area as it works better for me there is plenty work out there for every1 when i have enquiries and cant accommodate i then pass on to other dog walkers as thats what me and all my other dog walker friends do im not out to compete with any1 im out to make a living for me and my girls just the same as every1 else so if any1 else hears this and is put off by messaging me please dont be put of by this 1 bad review.
I dont realy post statuses like this but as u can all imagine this has really annoyed me since yesterday and was the first thing that sprung to my mind when i woke this morning. Hope every1 has had a good weekend x
