🐹NEW ARRIVAL🐹
Today was a first for me! A hamster was found running outside in a local village, and was handed into the vets. The hamster had wounds and had been attacked by a cat. The vet treated the hammies wounds, but didn’t have the facilities to keep him, and no owner came forward. That’s when I stepped in and offered to take him. Meet Zeus, named for his strength. This sweet boy has been through the unthinkable, and was sadly likely abandoned 😞. Though we will never know what happened to him, or how he appeared on the streets. He is happily exploring his new cage, and seems like a bright boy. Hopefully he will make a full recovery and when he does I can move him out of the hospital cage he is in, and into a larger cage. I do not know his age unfortunately, but he doesn’t look older than 6 months to me. Everybody say a big warm welcome to this little warrior! 🙏🏼
