The Dog House will be closed from 28th June and reopening on the 10th July while I’m away on holiday. Please try and book appointments through the app, it’s been extremely busy recently! I will respond to any text queries but please be aware that it will be after the 8th July when I’m back in the country.

And that’s a wrap for 2022.

I can’t thank my friends and more so, my lovely clients who have stood by me and supported me and the business through the highs and lows of this year. I honestly wouldn’t have got here with out you all.

Nacho and I have been throughly spoilt by each and everyone of you, thank you so so much.

Looking forward to moving forward and cracking on with 2023 now.

As Christmas approaches, this is one of the busiest times of year for all dog groomers. Please try and be on time for all appointments and please, please try and be on time for collections as well. I am doing my best to fit extra appointments in and some dogs require one to one bookings and therefore I cannot over lap some appointments. Therefore, I will be needing to cancel appointments should anyone be more than 15 minutes late. This will go down as a no show and 50% of the cost of the groom will need to be paid before rebooking. This also applies to people who cancel or rearrange appointments with less than 36 hours notice. I understand that times are getting harder for everyone and I’m doing my best to be as flexible as possible.

Hi all,

Exciting news! I’ve now got an online booking portal! Please please still call me or message me to book appointments whilst I figure the app out as we all know I’m a bit daft when it comes to technology. I’m hoping this app will send out reminders. If you have an appointment coming up and have received no reminders via text, please let me know so I can have a look.

Also due to recent energy hikes, I’ve tried my best to keep my prices the same, but unfortunately this is no longer feasible, and therefore I have made the incredibly hard decision to increase my prices which I haven’t done in the 3 years I’ve been trading.

I hope you all understand and continue to support local businesses.
